It's time for spring cleanring and this year, while I was going
through some of my drawers, I found some jewelry that I don't wear
much anymore. I decided to try my hand at a project to freshen it
up, instead of trashing it. If you want to try out this easy
process, here's a step by step guide.
First, gather your supplies. You will need:
Glue gun (these can be found at any craft store) and glue
A couple of yards of your fabric of choice
The necklace you want to freshen up
First, I took pieces of fabric, cut them into long skinny lines.
About an inch wide by a foot long.
Next you tie a knot at the end and cut the piece in half down
Next, you just tie knots in the ribbon over and over until you
get to the end. It can be a little messy. It gives it a cute
Then you just curl the knotted fabric into a ball. Glue it in
place with the glue gun.
Once you have a little fabric flower, glue it to the necklace.
Repeat as necessary. I finished the fabric flowers off with black
