Turkey Wraps

Today we have a healthy recipe to share for turkey wraps. This is a perfect quick lunch before a big Thanksgiving dinner, or a great way to use those turkey leftovers on Friday. Here's what you need:

Whole-grain tortilla

A few pieces of lettuce

3 slices turkey 

2 teaspoons honey mustard (recipe below)

1/4 cup sliced apple


Homemade Honey Mustard Recipe:

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

1 1/2  tablespoons raw local honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice


Lay turkey slices on top of tortilla.

Add some lettuce.

Spread honey mustard on turkey and top with apple slices.

Roll up and enjoy!
