Gardening on the go!

Gardening is relaxing. It's therapeutic. It's fun but it takes patience. If you are a busy person, running from one activity to the next, other activities can get in the way of your gardening. It's easy to overthink it, but gardening doesn't have to be a time constraint.

So how do you do your very best to keep up with your garden when you feel like your wheels are spinning too quickly? The answer is simple...keep it simple. Here are the four essentials to gardening so you can pick up anywhere:

Garden shoes: Keep these with you if you are always on the go, or throw them right inside your backdoor. That way, when you have a moment, you can put them on and get out into the garden. Your garden shoes should be old tennis shoes or something easily cleaned!

Tools: You really only need your hands, gardening gloves, shears and a small hoe. You can clean the bed, pull weeds and keep everything in good condition with these three tools.

Watering can: No need to drag a hose around the yard. Grab a watering can and even some liquid fertilizer. This can boost your plants without a lot of time or energy.

Reusable produce bags: This is a great way to pull weeds or to collect your harvest. These bags keep you organized and are washable and reusable.
