Michele Payn-Knoper: Customer Service Hot Buttons

Michele joins us with an interview which discusses approaching customer hot buttons from a new perspective: Customer service. This includes some great tips on connecting with consumers through customer service...and that means as a person in ag!

Michele Payn-Knoper is a farm girl, mom, and one of North America's leading farm and food advocates. She authored a two-sided book,  No More Food Fights! (available in Pink Tractor's Farm Girl Shop), to bring civility to the conversations around the food plate. She's also a technology addict who founded #AgChat & #FoodChat.
