Getting Down to the Bare Bones

Anyone who has ventured into a home renovation project (or watched any show on HGTV) has uncovered something. The something may be perplexing, poor design, or outdated practices. Occasionally it's something good.

In this short three-minute video Jolene Brown uses home renovation as a metaphor for an exercise that she often uses when business partners hit a an impasse.

This thought provoking, and brief exercise, often strips issues down to the bare bones, allowing the family to regroup and start building from the foundation up.
