"Hi there Jolene Brown here. I have to tell you something. Here in Eastern Iowa we are in the midst a black gnat season. It'll last about two weeks and these little buggers drive me absolutely nuts. I can step out my kitchen door or I can be in the middle of a cornfield and there they are swarming around me. They bite and they hurt. It makes me change my behaviors. So this week as the family business phone calls kept rolling in, I realized there's a lot of gnats out there buggin these family businesses at well, and if you don't take care of these little things it could amount into a very big problem. So here's an example of some of this week's gnat bites. Here is the first one..."
