Women in Ag Conferences

There are many organizations throughout the United States focused on aspects of the agriculture industry. They can range from localized groups to regional or national in the scope of their networking opportunities, educational value and conference offerings. Some are very specialized about a specific aspect the industry; while others speak to the broader challenges of the ag industry as a whole.

While these conferences service their purpose, there is value in attending a female-focused program in what's widely perceived as male a dominated industry.

It does not matter whether it's hosted by a stand along organization, or a subset of a larger organization, agriculture conferences for women offer the chance to hear from others, learn from their experiences and be surrounded by people who understand the unique challenges being a woman in ag.

Since its inception, the Pink Tractor brand has been looking for ways to elevate, encourage and educate women in the agriculture industry. And while doing so, we've witnessed an influx of female-focused agriculture conferences cropping up. Some are held by your nearby agriculture college or university and others by nonprofit organizations

Whether you were born and raised in a farming family or are just now getting your start in an ag career - there's a conference to help you every step of the way. Through conferences like these you'll learn how to break down barriers you may encounter along the way and find encouragement and support from others who have gone before you. No matter which category you fall into - you have knowledge and experience to share with others.

Take a look at this sampling of conferences, seminars, tours, webinars and other resources we've curated for you.

Be inspired. Keep learning. Get involved. Help the next generation of ladies in ag.
